Pengaruh Implementasi Kebijakan Relaksasi Kredit Dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Efektivitas Pencapaian Program Perkreditan

Abstract


ABSTRAK

 

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh implementasi kebijakan relaksasi kredit dan budaya organisasi terhadap efektivitas pencapaian program perkreditan dengan lokasi penelitian di BPR Arthaguna Mandiri cabang Garut. Metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik survei, wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi, jumlah populasi sekaligus sampel penelitian sebanyak 40 pegawai. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah pendekatan structural equation model partial least square (SEM PLS) melalui pemanfaatan perangkat lunak SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa implementasi kebijakan relaksasi kredit memiliki pengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap efektivitas pencapaian program perkreditan BPR Arthaguna Mandiri Cabang Garut serta budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas pencapaian program perkreditan BPR Arthaguna Mandiri Cabang Garut. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa tingkat implementasi kebijakan relaksasi kredit yang optimal dan budaya organisasi yang baik akan meningkatkan efektivitas pencapaian program perkreditan.

ABSTRACT

 

This study aims to analyze the effect of the implementation of credit relaxation policies and organizational culture on the effectiveness of the credit program achievement of BPR Arthaguna Mandiri, Garut branch. Quantitative research methods with survey techniques, interviews, observations, and documentation studies, the total population as well as research samples are 40 employees. While the data analysis technique used is a partial least squares (SEM PLS) structural equation model approach through the use of SmartPLS software. The results showed that the implementation of the credit relaxation policy had a positive but not significant effect on the effectiveness of the credit program achievement of BPR Arthaguna Mandiri Garut Branch and organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of the achievement of the credit program of BPR Arthaguna Mandiri Garut Branch. This indicates that the optimal level of credit relaxation policy implementation and a good organizational culture will increase the effectiveness of credit program achievement.
