bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara konseptual peran Badan Permusyawaratan Desa (BPD) dalam pengawasan pengelolaan dana desa berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 tentang Desa. Menggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan dengan pendekatan analisis konseptual, penelitian ini mengkaji berbagai sumber literatur yang relevan, termasuk regulasi, buku teks, dan artikel jurnal ilmiah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa BPD memiliki peran yang sangat vital dalam pengawasan pengelolaan dana desa, yang mencakup tiga dimensi tahapan, yaitu pengawasan preventif pada tahap perencanaan APBDes, pengawasan konkuren pada tahap pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan retrospektif pada tahap pertanggungjawaban. Efektivitas pengawasan BPD dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor pendukung seperti kualitas regulasi, kapasitas sumber daya manusia, dan sinergitas dengan pemerintah desa, serta faktor-faktor penghambat seperti rendahnya kapasitas anggota, keterbatasan anggaran operasional, dan kurangnya partisipasi masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan dan pengembangan karir terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai pada Balai Pemasyarakatan (Bapas) Kelas I Makassar. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 54 pegawai yang menjadi responden, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik regresi linear berganda melalui SPSS Statistics 25. Variabel penelitian meliputi pelatihan dan pengembangan karir sebagai variabel independen, serta motivasi kerja sebagai variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja, menegaskan bahwa proses pembelajaran yang terarah mampu meningkatkan keterampilan, kepercayaan diri, serta semangat pegawai dalam menjalankan tugas. Pengembangan karir juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, menunjukkan bahwa adanya kejelasan arah karir, kesempatan promosi, dan dukungan organisasi mampu menumbuhkan rasa memiliki, komitmen, serta keinginan pegawai untuk memberikan kontribusi terbaik. Secara simultan, pelatihan dan pengembangan karir berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja, yang berarti keduanya menjadi faktor penting dalam membangun lingkungan kerja yang mendorong pegawai bekerja dengan lebih bermakna, bertanggung jawab, dan berorientasi pada tujuan. Pengembangan industri halal tidak hanya terbatas pada produk akhir, tetapi juga harus mencakup penerapan halal supply chain management pada seluruh proses rantai pasok. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan halal supply chain pada usaha mikro makanan di Kabupaten Bandung dengan objek penelitian CV. Laksana sebagai produsen tahu. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis dilakukan terhadap tiga aktivitas supply chain, yaitu raw material (inbound), manufacturer (production phase), dan storage (outbound), serta business process yang terdiri dari input, process, dan output. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa CV. Laksana telah menerapkan prinsip halal supply chain management pada aspek proses produksi, penyimpanan, dan distribusi produk. Namun, implementasi tersebut belum optimal karena masih terdapat bahan baku utama yang belum memiliki sertifikasi halal sehingga menjadi hambatan dalam proses pengajuan sertifikasi halal perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi Program Desa Tangguh Bencana dalam mitigasi bencana di Desa Cigondang, Kecamatan Labuan, Kabupaten Pandeglang pada tahun 2023–2024. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Teori implementasi kebijakan George C. Edward III digunakan sebagai kerangka analisis, yang meliputi empat dimensi: komunikasi, sumber daya, disposisi, dan struktur birokrasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Program Destana di Desa Cigondang belum berjalan optimal. Pada dimensi komunikasi, program penyampaian informasi belum merata kepada masyarakat. Pada dimensi sumber daya, keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana, serta dukungan informasi yang dapat menghambat terlaksananya kegiatan mitigasi. Pada dimensi disposisi, keaktifan pelaksana masih bersifat reaktif dan kegiatan mitigasi belum dilakukan secara konsisten. Sementara itu, pada dimensi struktur birokrasi belum terdapat Standar Operasional Prosedur yang jelas di tingkat kabupaten maupun desa. A qualitative research design was used by conducting in-depth interviews with community members and analyzing the visual content of digital environmental information systems, including infographics, symbols, color usage, and visual narratives. Data were analyzed using thematic analysis to identify patterns in user interpretation, understanding, and perceived relevance of visual communication. The results show that visual elements that reflect local context, simplicity, and symbolic clarity play an important role in enhancing message comprehension and fostering ecological awareness.</em> <em>Digital environmental information systems function not only as information providers but also as communicative spaces where visual design mediates public understanding of environmental issues. Tindak pidana dilakukan dengan menggunakan deposito milik PT Putra Taro Paloma senilai Rp15 miliar sebagai jaminan pembiayaan di Bank BRI Syariah tanpa otorisasi sah, sehingga menimbulkan kerugian finansial sekaligus reputasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan, konseptual, dan kasus. Analisis dilakukan melalui perspektif kriminologi, viktimologi, dan penology. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari perspektif kriminologi, perbuatan ini merupakan bentuk white-collar crime yang dapat dijelaskan melalui teori fraud triangle serta konsep occupational crime. Dari perspektif viktimologi, korban dalam kasus ini tidak hanya PT Putra Taro Paloma sebagai pemilik deposito, tetapi juga pemegang saham dan investor publik sebagai korban tidak langsung, serta masyarakat sebagai korban abstrak akibat turunnya kepercayaan terhadap tata kelola perusahaan terbuka. Dari sisi penologi, pemidanaan berupa penjara enam tahun dan denda Rp200 juta lebih menekankan aspek retributif, namun belum menyentuh dimensi preventif dan restoratif, serta tidak menjerat korporasi sebagai entitas hukum. Perkembangan teknologi dapat meningkatkan bisnis, karena kemajuan pesat teknologi dan semakin kompleks membuat pemakai mampu mengolaborasikan data lebih cepat. Dalam teori komunikasi pemasaran, konsep <em>Integrated Marketing Communication</em>, yaitu konsep yang mengacu pada strategi pemasaran produk atau jasa yang menggunakan pesan yang serupa di seluruh jalur pemasaran. Hasil penelitian akan menunjukkan sejauh mana analisis konten dapat dicapai dalam strategi pemasaran digital untuk aplikasi TikTok. Penelitian akan menggunakan metodologi pengumpulan data juga akan digunakan, analisis konten. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konten secara signifikan menyajikan konten promosi dan berinteraksi dengan pengikut untuk membangun kedekatan emosional antara penjual dan pembeli. Urgensi ini muncul dari kebutuhan perusahaan otomotif untuk memastikan bahwa proses rekrutmen dan seleksi berperan penting dalam memengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh rekrutmen dan seleksi baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Wahana Megahputra Kota Makassar. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik total sampling, melibatkan seluruh karyawan sebagai responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner, dan analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda pada 33 sampel. This study evaluates the implementation of the ASN neutrality violation prevention program conducted by the Serang City Bawaslu during the 2024 Election using a descriptive qualitative approach and applying Leo Agustino’s policy evaluation framework, which covers aspects of human resources, institutional performance, facilities and technology, financial management, and regulation. Data were gathered through interviews, observation, and documentation. The findings indicate that the prevention program has been implemented fairly well, supported by competent, professional, and adaptive personnel with strong integrity. However, institutional effectiveness requires improvement, as coordination and collaboration with external stakeholders remain largely formal and insufficiently strategic. Participatory supervision through the Kader Pengawas Partisipatif (KPP) has not been optimal due to its incidental and unsustainable character. In addition, the utilization of communication media remains limited, budget management is still centralized under Banten Province Bawaslu, and specific technical guidelines at the local level are absent. This study examines the implications of public service delivery for social life and public trust in Sukamerindu Village by analyzing service quality, structural constraints, and the use of information technology in village administration. Employing a quantitative explanatory design, data were collected through a structured questionnaire administered to 114 residents who had directly accessed village public services. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and simple linear regression with the support of SPSS. The findings indicate that the overall quality of public services is perceived as high, particularly in terms of officials’ attitudes, clarity of administrative requirements, and procedural simplicity. Nevertheless, respondents also reported moderate to high structural constraints, including unclear service workflows, limited administrative staffing, and inadequate facilities. The utilization of information technology has contributed to faster and more efficient administrative processes; however, its effects remain uneven due to disparities in digital access and digital literacy among residents. Regression analysis demonstrates that public service quality has a statistically significant influence on community life and public trust, accounting for 46.5% of the observed variance. The article is grounded in the argument that digital transformation in the public sector should not be understood merely as technological modernization, but as an organizational management process involving leadership, institutional capacity, coordination, control systems, and public value orientation. This study uses a qualitative approach with a narrative literature review design based on journal articles, books, regulations, official government documents, and reports from international institutions relevant to digital government, public sector management, organizational integrity, and accountability. The findings show that electronic-based government systems, e-procurement, open data, online complaint platforms, and data-driven auditing can improve managerial effectiveness through stronger traceability, wider access to information, and better institutional control. However, the effectiveness of these instruments depends on organizational capacity, managerial commitment, data governance quality, interoperability, internal control mechanisms, and digital inclusion. Desa Wisata Nglanggeran memiliki potensi pengembangan UMKM berbasis produk olahan kakao, salah satunya dodol kakao sebagai produk khas daerah. Namun, pemasaran dodol kakao masih menghadapi berbagai kendala, seperti promosi yang terbatas, distribusi yang belum luas, kemasan yang sederhana, serta pemanfaatan media digital yang belum optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pemasaran dodol kakao di Desa Wisata Nglanggeran berdasarkan konsep bauran pemasaran (<em>marketing mix</em>) yang meliputi produk, harga, promosi, dan distribusi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi terhadap pelaku UMKM dodol kakao dan pengelola Desa Wisata Nglanggeran yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran dodol kakao telah memanfaatkan integrasi antara UMKM dan potensi desa wisata sebagai kekuatan utama pemasaran. Produk memiliki keunggulan pada cita rasa khas dan penggunaan bahan alami tanpa pengawet. Namun, masa simpan produk yang singkat, desain kemasan yang sederhana, dan promosi digital yang belum optimal masih menjadi kendala dalam memperluas pasar. Praktik tersebut menghadirkan dilema serius antara upaya penyelamatan lingkungan dan kebutuhan masyarakat lokal untuk mempertahankan sumber penghidupan. Kerusakan ekologi, risiko bencana, serta ancaman kesehatan berjalan beriringan dengan terbukanya peluang ekonomi yang dianggap paling rasional bagi kelompok masyarakat termarjinalkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis kegagalan dan tantangan tata kelola pertambangan rakyat, serta merumuskan alternatif tata kelola yang berkeadilan secara ekonomi dan berkelanjutan secara ekologis. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, melalui observasi langsung di lokasi penelitian serta observasi berbasis media dan dokumen kebijakan. Hasil pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa praktik pertambangan ilegal tidak semata disebabkan oleh lemahnya kontrol negara, melainkan oleh kegagalan negara dalam menghadirkan tata kelola pertambangan yang adil, partisipatif, dan adaptif terhadap realitas sosial ekonomi masyarakat. Pembahasan juga menegaskan adanya dilema struktural antara perlindungan lingkungan dan keadilan ekonomi, yang diperparah oleh rezim perizinan yang sentralistik dan eksklusif. Using a Comprehensive Accountability Framework (CAF), the study analyzes how improved audit opinions may coexist with persistent risks of irregularities. Data were collected through document analysis of audit reports issued by the Supreme Audit Agency, local government financial statements, inspectorate reports, and relevant regulations. The findings show that improved audit opinions reflect strengthened administrative accountability but have not been accompanied by enhanced substantive accountability, particularly in public procurement and asset management. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendekatan peraturan perundang-undangan, pendekatan kasus, dan pendekatan analitis. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang bersumber dari bahan hukum primer, sekunder, dan tersier. Analisis dilakukan secara komprehensif terhadap Putusan 1045/Pid.Sus/2019/PN Smr, Putusan Nomor 177/Pid.Sus/2024/PN Bpp, dan Putusan Nomor 280/Pid.Sus/2025/PN Bpp untuk mengidentifikasi pola pertimbangan hakim, konsistensi penerapan kebijakan rehabilitasi, dan peran mekanisme asesmen terpadu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertimbangan hakim dalam memberikan rehabilitasi dipengaruhi oleh lima faktor utama yang saling berkaitan: faktor yuridis normatif berdasarkan UU Nomor 35 Tahun 2009 tentang Narkotika, faktor medis dan psikologis melalui evaluasi Tim Asesmen Terpadu (TAT), faktor sosial dan latar belakang termasuk pendidikan dan lingkungan keluarga, faktoritas dan pola perilaku yang membedakan penyalahguna dan pengedar, serta faktor prosedural dan pembuktian terkait berkas perkara. Implementasi asesmen terpadu oleh TAT yang terdiri dari tim medis (dokter dan psikolog) dan tim hukum (Polri, BNN, Kejaksaan, Kemenkumham) masih menghadapi kendala prosedur yang signifikan, keterbatasan waktu pelaksanaan, dan variasi standar operasional prosedur antar wilayah. Penelitian ini juga menemukan inkonsistensi yang meremehkan antara pertimbangan hakim yang mengakui kejahatan sebagai penyalahguna dengan hukuman yang tetap menjatuhkan hukuman penjara tanpa rekomendasi rehabilitasi. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection techniques include: 1) Direct observation conducted with informants, namely the Baduy Indigenous Community, who observed their daily character and behavior. 2) Interviews with two informants representing the Baduy community. 3) Documentation by conducting document searches referring to data collection from various written sources or relevant documents. Validity testing in this study used triangulation of methods and data sources.
