Digital transformation encourages student organizations to adopt adaptive learning approaches while preserving their intellectual heritage and institutional values. This study aims to propose HMI Intellectual Legacy AI as a conceptual framework for integrating artificial intelligence into the cadre education of Himpunan Mahasiswa Islam (HMI), an Indonesian Islamic student organization. The study adopts a qualitative conceptual research design informed by an integrative literature review and document analysis. The proposed framework integrates organizational knowledge management, generative artificial intelligence, dialogic learning, and ethical governance. It comprises four interconnected components: a curated knowledge repository, a retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)-based learning assistant, critical dialogue facilitation, and instructor-led assessment and supervision. The framework positions artificial intelligence as a supportive tool for source exploration, knowledge interpretation, and evidence-based reasoning without replacing instructors or learners' intellectual autonomy. Its conceptual contribution lies in connecting intellectual heritage preservation with AI-assisted learning within student organizational education. As the framework has not been implemented or empirically evaluated, its technical feasibility and pedagogical effectiveness require expert validation and subsequent testing in HMI Basic Training.
